By using the services of Scalewithabbas, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

Scalewithabbas offers journaling sessions, diary writing guidance, and related services. By booking any service, you acknowledge and accept that the services provided are intended for personal reflection, productivity, and creative expression only.The information provided through these services is not meant to replace medical, legal, or financial advice.


2. Payment and Booking

All payments must be made in advance through the available payment methods.A session will only be scheduled once payment is confirmed.Prices for services are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change at the discretion of Scalewithabbas. Bookings are confirmed only when full payment has been received.

3. Refunds and No Show Policy


All services provided by Scalewithabbas are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. However, if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a refund may be issued, or the session can be rescheduled to another time. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

No-show by the client

Unforeseen personal or scheduling conflicts within 24 hours of the appointment. In this case, the client can reschedule.

Digital Products: All digital products—including but not limited to eBooks, courses, and workbooks—are non-refundable once they have been purchased and delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

In exceptional cases (e.g., if the service provider is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances), Scalewithabbas will offer a rescheduled session, credit for future services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled to another available time or refunded as per the refund policy.We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled time.

5. Confidentiality


All information shared during a session, including personal details and written reflections, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will never disclose any personal information to third parties without your express permission unless required by law.

6. Client Responsibility


You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking a session.You understand that the services offered are based on reflective writing and personal expression. You agree to make your own decisions and take full responsibility for your actions based on the information provided during the session. Scalewithabbas makes no guarantees about the outcomes of any session or the impact of the journaling guidance provided



.7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to book and participate in any sessions offered by Scalewithabbas. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.


8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Scalewithabbas, including writing prompts, journaling exercises, resources, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Scalewithabbas. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content without prior written consent.


9. Liability Disclaimer

Scalewithabbas provides services as a guide for personal growth and creative expression. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any of our services. By using our services, you agree that Scalewithabbas will not be held liable for any consequences, decisions, or outcomes that may arise from the guidance provided.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Scalewithabbas reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
