1. Refunds for Services Provided

All services offered by Scalewithabbas, including journaling sessions, diary writing guidance, creative expression exercises, and other reflective writing services, are generally non-refundable once the session has been conducted. However, if you choose to cancel your consultation before the scheduled session, you may request a refund. In such cases: A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days of your request. The refund applies only to consultation services, not to digital products or courses.


2. Reasons for No Refunds


The following are some examples of situations where refunds will not be issued:

No Show or Late Arrival: If you fail to attend your scheduled session or arrive late, no refund will be issued. However, a rescheduled session may be offered depending on availability.

Digital Products (eBooks, Workbooks, Courses): Once purchased, no refunds will be issued for digital products, including e-books, downloadable workbooks, or courses—regardless of whether the content has been accessed.

3. Rescheduling of Sessions

24-Hour Notice for Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling Limitations: You may reschedule your session up to two times. Any further requests may incur an additional fee or be subject to cancellation.

Unforeseen Circumstances on Our Part: If Scalewithabbas is unable to fulfill a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a rescheduled appointment for future services


.4. Exceptions and Special CircumstancesIn rare cases, such as technical issues that prevent a session from being conducted (e.g., system failures or severe connectivity issues), we may offer: A rescheduled session.

5. Digital Products and Courses

E-books, Guides, and Workbooks: All digital products, including journaling e-books, writing guides, and downloadable templates, are final sale.

No Refunds for Digital Products: Once purchased, no refunds will be issued for any digital product, regardless of whether it has been accessed or downloaded.

Courses and Memberships: For offerings like guided journaling courses or writing programs, there will be no refund once the course has started or if the content has been accessed.

6. Refunds for Failed Transactions

In the event of a payment error, such as:

Duplicate charge, Accidental overpayment, We will review and process a refund for the extra amount within 5 to 7 working days, provided the issue is reported within 5 to 7 days of the transaction.


7. Client Responsibility

Booking Accuracy: Ensure you choose the correct service at the time of booking. If you book the wrong session, we may allow rescheduling if requested in advance, but no refund or exchange will be issued.

Technical Readiness: You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and functioning devices for online sessions. We are not liable for issues on your side, and no refund will be issued due to client-side technical problems.
